WOMEN IN PEACE

DIGITAL CATALOGUE

The ASEAN-IPR Women in Peace Digital Catalogue is an online database of profiles and case studies of women peacebuilders all over ASEAN Member States who have contributed or have been contributing to peace processes and peace-making in their communities, particularly at the grassroots or community level. These peace stories and case studies are expected to be used as points of reference for policymakers, researchers and scholars/academies working on initiatives related to Women, Peace and Security (WPS) and to elevate the voices of women peacebuilders across ASEAN, highlighting their contributions and supporting their work. The stories collated may also inspire the next generation of women peacebuilders.

This is an output from the ASEAN-IPR Programme on Women in Peace Processes, supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the Norway-ASEAN Regional Integration Programme (NARIP). The research process and data collection are done by the ASEAN Women for Peace Registry (AWPR) with the support of their respective research teams.
